What is your return policy?

We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one, even if you need to return an item.

RETURN POLICY:
  • You have 10 days from receipt of item to initiate a return.
  • Returns must include all items, including original packaging, and must be in new (unused, with no signs of wear or odor) condition, or the refund will NOT be granted.
  • Special Order items, or items ordered in bulk (over 10 of any one item) are NOT refundable.
  • ALL returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, or will be subject to a minimum 20% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher).
  • Shipping is NEVER refundable.
Restocking/Return Fees
  • NONE - If placed on SpookShop.com with no promotion, including shipping specials
  • 25% or $10 - Whichever is higher, if placed on SpookShop.com using a promotion (including coupons) or shipping special.
  • 20% or $5 - Whichever is higher, if placed on Amazon.com
  • 15% - If more than 4 of one item are returned
  • 25% or $20 - Whichever is higher, for unauthorized returns
  • 25% or $20 - Whichever is higher, for refused packages

OTHER EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • We must receive item(s) within 10 business days of initiating Return Authorization.
  • All item(s) must be returned with tracking information/delivery confirmation to assure that we can verify receipt of your package.
  • Items damaged during return shipping will not be credited.
  • The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
  • PLEASE include a copy of your invoice in the return shipment.
  • We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges that do not meet our criteria, including unauthorized returns.

The following items are ONLY returnable in their unopened, factory-sealed packaging. Items that are not factory sealed may NOT be returned.

  • CDs, Video tapes or other electronic media
  • Stockings, lingerie, and undergarments
  • Masks and eyemasks
  • Fangs, teeth, grillz or any other items inserted into the mouth
  • Makeup and prosthetics, including liquid latex, fake blood, barrier spray and other cosmetics
  • Wigs, beards, eyelashes or other artificial hair
  • Contact lenses

NO REFUND WILL BE APPLIED IF:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided
  • Item shows signs of wear or is returned with body odor, perfume, tobacco odors or pet hair
ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that sometimes you will need to cancel your order. We always try to make this process as easy as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please call us ASAP at 360-752-1668, or email at support@spookshop.com. Look below for other rules.
  • Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot refund shipping. If you refuse a package, you will be charged a restocking fee.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to the staggering volume of activity during the month of October, we cannot guarantee a cancelation of your order.

I HAVE SHIPPED MY RETURN BACK - NOW WHAT?
  • Remember if you are exchanging an item, order that item first to ensure that it is in stock, so it can ship quickly.
  • Once we receive your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process. During Halloween season, it may take as long as 30 business days.
  • Allow up to 8 weeks (or 2 billing cycles) for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
