110% Price Guarantee wants to be your Halloween Store! Shop with us and be assured that you will pay the lowest price online. If you find a lower price on another US website after purchasing from us within 14 days, we'll refund you the difference, guaranteed. With the best service, best selection and best price, why would you shop anywhere else?

How does our 110% Price Guarantee work?

  • Place your order on or with our Customer Service Department.
  • Email or fax (262-901-3100) in the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The website address of the site where you found the lower price.
    • The total price to purchase the product, including shipping charges and taxes.
    • The item name, ID or Sku number at the competitor's website.
  • One of our Customer Service Representatives will verify the competitor's lower price and if applicable refund 110% of the difference to the original form of payment within 14 business days.

What type of product qualifies for our 110% Price Guarantee?

  • The product must be an exact match to the one carried on, be in-stock and available for purchase at the other website.
  • Shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be included in determining the price difference. In-store pickup discounts will not be included when determining price differences.
  • Promotional codes or other discounts from the other website will not be included in determining the price difference.
  • The competitor’s product must be new and in its original packaging.
  • The competitor cannot be an auction site.
  • Does not apply to Wholesale or Group Sales orders.
  • Does not apply to items on other sites designated as 'Clearance', 'Blowout', 'Closeout', or any similar variation.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
