Returns
All Returns must be approved by SpookShop prior
to being shipped back.
There is a 10% restocking fee.
No refunds are available for orders placed between
October 15 and November 1.
Wigs, Masks, Make-Up, Sale and Special Order Items, Hosiery, Props (over $100)
are NON-REFUNDABLE!
Costumes and Shoes are, but MUST be returned complete (no items missing and
product packaging complete and in good condition) and must show NO signs of wear
(including odors; body, cigarette or perfume).
Steps for Returning an Item
1.) Contact us first with your name, order number, product requesting to
return and reason.
2.) We will provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number. Make
sure this number is written legibly on the outside of the package being sent
back. Also include a copy of the invoice inside the box. Ship to:

3.) Please allow up to one month for this process,
although we generally finish refunds much more quickly.
OTHER REFUND POLICIES
- Customer has 5 days to request a refund
after receiving item.
- Restocking fee increases to 20% for any refunds
not requested within the first 5 days.
- Customers have 14 days from date of
delivery to return the item or the sale is final and no refunds will apply.
- We reserve the right to deny any refunds that do
not meet our above criteria.
- Shipping is NEVER REFUNDABLE.
- Returns without prior notification are subject to
an automatic 20% restocking fee (We still reserve the right to deny any
refunds that do not meet our criteria).
- Refused packages are an automatic 30% restocking
fee and no refund on shipping as they are not following our return policy as
outlined above. Customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges
that may apply.
- It can take up to 30 days for us to process a
return.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, please ORDER the item you want, and then take
the above steps to return the other. This allows us a better chance to get you
what you want, and faster.
In most cases, the return restocking fee is waived, minus shipping, on exchanged
items. Be sure you let us know that the returned
item is for an exchange.
OTHER EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Items returned to us for exchange without prior
notification are subject to an automatic 10% restocking fee.
- If the required Exchange Steps are not followed
and we do not have the items requested for exchange in stock then an
automatic 20% restocking fee will apply and the Exchange will now be treated
as a Return.
- We reserve the right to deny any refunds or
exchanges that do not meet our above criteria
ORDER CANCELLATION
- There is a $5.00 cancellation fee for any order
cancelled which has not yet been shipped out.
- No cancellations on orders already shipped, no
exceptions
