Be aware that customs can delay the arrival of your package, sometimes by
weeks, and we have NO control over this.
Also be aware of any customs fees due; as we also have no control
over this.
Track Your Package
You can track your
package easily online.
Just be sure to create an account when you place your order.
You can then see when it ships and when you should expect it.
If you have any problems, or didn't create an account, just call us and we
will give you the status of the order.
Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is
placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days (business
days are weekdays, Monday-Friday; excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
You can also track your
order on our website. Please click the button near the top of our website
labeled "Track
Your Package." From here you may check the status of an order,
obtain tracking information, and view your shipping information.
Instructions are provided to help you log in, including password hints,
obtaining a new password, etc. If you did not use the member checkout option
you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and the billing zip code from
your order. Then you will be able to see if your order has been sent to a
warehouse for processing (picking) or, if your order has been shipped,
shipment tracking number(s), and scheduled delivery dates. Your e-mail
address is only used to identify your account, to notify you about current
promotions and specials, and to send out updates on your pending orders.
